Know Yourself. Know Your Story. Know the Room.

Interview Mastery — The PID Interview System™. Built from 35 years of deciding who got the job, not from a list of “top ten interview tips.”

The real problem

Every job description is a hidden scoring rubric.

Hiring managers and applicant tracking systems both scan for specific language, and most candidates never learn to read it — so they walk in prepared to talk about themselves and unprepared to talk about the role. Differentiation is the reason one equally qualified candidate gets the offer and another doesn’t. It’s rarely the resume. It’s the specific, memorable proof point only that candidate could offer.

If you’ve been doing this for twenty years, this course isn’t remedial — it’s translation. Most of what makes an experienced candidate dangerous in the best sense never made it into a job title.

Who wrote it

I made this call for thirty-five years.

A quiet corridor with one door open, light spilling into the hallway

In 35 years of hiring, leading over 400 field representatives through one of the largest pharmaceutical launches in the industry, I sat across the table from thousands of candidates. The ones who got the offer weren’t always the most qualified on paper. They understood three things: Preparation, Intentionality, and Differentiation. That’s the PID System, and I built this course around exactly what separated them.

How it is built

Three parts, in the order you need them.

01

Know Yourself. The Fit Assessment — four lenses (energy style, interest pattern, work values, natural strengths) so you can spot a role that's a soul crusher before you accept it, not six months in.

02

Know Your Story. The Hidden Experience Inventory — mine the informal responsibilities, side projects, and unofficial roles you’ve filed under “not a real job,” and build your STAR-D story bank (Situation, Task, Action, Result, Differentiation).

03

Know the Room. The PID Interview System — the Keyword Method for reading any job description, The First 7 Minutes, tough and illegal questions, the Good vs. Bad video library, and negotiation.

What’s inside

Ten modules, in the order a real candidate needs them.

  1. 01

    The Fit Assessment

Four lenses on energy, interests, values and natural strengths — so a role that would quietly wear you down is visible before you accept it.

  2. 02

    Soul Crushers

How to spot the environment that will drain you, and the questions to ask in the interview that surface it.

  3. 03

    The Hidden Experience Inventory

Mine the informal roles, side projects and unofficial responsibilities you have been filing under “not a real job.”

  4. 04

    The PID Foundation

Preparation, Intentionality, Differentiation — the three things that separated the candidates I hired from the ones I did not.

  5. 05

    Research & the Keyword Method

Every job description is a scoring rubric. Learn to read it, circle it, and answer against it.

  6. 06

    The First 7 Minutes

What the room decides before you have said anything of substance, and how to take that time back.

  7. 07

    The STAR-D Answer Method

Situation, Task, Action, Result — plus the Differentiation most candidates leave out. Build a bank of six.

  8. 08

    Tough, Awkward & Illegal Questions

Gaps, layoffs, weaknesses and questions they should not ask, handled with the Bridge Formula.

  9. 09

Good vs. Bad: The Video Library

The same answers delivered two ways, side by side, so the difference stops being abstract.

  10. 10

    Closing, Follow-Up & Negotiation

How to end strong, follow up without groveling, and weigh an offer against your Fit Profile, not just the number.

The difference

What changes.

Keep giving the same safe, generic answers everyone else gives. Keep getting passed over by someone with less real experience but a better story. Keep re-reading the job posting the night before instead of decoding it.

Walk in with your fit profile, your hidden experience, and six STAR-D stories you know cold — and leave negotiating the offer instead of hoping for a callback.
